Our Talon rod holders are made with 1/2″ -13 Stainless Steel stems and the entire rod holders are covered with a thick plastic UV. coating to protect your rods and are constructed with an extra large rod butt rest for easy rod removal when the rod is loaded.
The Talon Series rod holder has two positions of 05- and 35-degree angles that can be used for all fishing methods, such as anchoring, suspending, Drifting, and dragging.
Use the 35-degree angle for anchoring, dragging, or trolling and the 05-degree angle for suspending or drifting.

I own several of the 0/33, 33/45, and Talon 5/35 rod holders. The Talon is easily my favorite rod holder for suspend drifting. The 5 degree angle holds the rod perfectly above the water while drifting, and the open design allows you to quickly lift a loaded rod out of the holder. Like the other rod holders, this is built from 1/2″ diameter stainless steel and will hold up to anything you want to throw at it. You cannot go wrong with this rod holder.

These are great!!!! I got the atomic orange to match the colors on my kayak tracks. I’m more than pleased with these rod holders!!!! I placed a lock washer between the nut and the base mount. It’s tightened down where it will stay put but if I have to twist it and move it, I’m good to go. 100% recommend monster rod holders to everyone and will return to purchase more in the future!!!!!!

I use these on my pontoon from trolling for Lake Michigan salmon, to still fishing for catfish.
They are easy to mount and are solid as a rock. The design allows for easy rod removal, even when a large, heavy weight fish is stripping line.
