IMPORTANT:

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Time-frame:

At Monster Rod Holders, we do our best to get your order out of the door as soon as possible so you can enjoy your goods as soon as possible after purchase.

Processing:

After placing an online order on the website, live chat, or over the phone, our warehouse typically takes 24 to 48 hours to pack your order and get it ready to be picked up by one of our partner carriers (UPS or USPS). The order cut-off is 3 PM from Monday to Friday.

Shipping and Delivery:

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday to our partner carriers by 4 PM EST. We usually use the most efficient shipping option and although most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 days (in addition to the processing time), carriers guarantee delivery between 2-5 days (in addition to the processing time).

Returns and exchanges:

All returns of packaged products are subject to a restocking fee of 20% if they have been taken out of their original packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ROD RACKS, HD40, HD80, AND THE HD150 LANDING NETS and goods that are not in brand new conditions. We will accept returns up to 30 days if the goods have not been used and/or assembled. They must be in perfect condition at the time of reaching our facilities in order to be reprocessed and returned to our inventory. Although we look at each situation on a case-by-case basis, we will charge a return label if you desire to have us send you a return label. You must purchase insurance to protect the commercial value of the order you are returning to prevent any loss in case the shipment is damaged by the carrier on its way to our facilities. International Shipping:

We now ship internationally! Unfortunately, we do not offer Free Shipping internationally as the Free Shipping is only for the contingent United States. However, you can give us a call or connect with the Live-Chat and we will gladly provide a quote for you.

Most Pay Pal, credit, and debit card purchases are shipped within the time frame provided here above. However, we may be required to hold a shipment if we are not able to confirm the authenticity of the payment or we suspect fraud. If we need additional information to complete your order, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. Fraud costs online businesses millions of dollars each year and we have adopted these policies to minimize the potential for loss.

Pay Pal: We only ship to verified Pay Pal addresses. If your address is not verified or you are a new Pay Pal user, please let us know via email/phone call/live chat and we will contact you prior to shipment.

Credit Cards: In most cases, we will only ship to the address of record for the credit cardholder. If your shipping address does not match the credit card address of the record, we will contact you prior to shipment.

The above instances may result in a delay in shipping your order. By providing us with complete information, including a daytime telephone number, you can help us minimize any delays.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. We ship via UPS and USPS in most cases; a signature may be required for delivery.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you and either ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges), or we can hold the order until all items are available in stock.

Determination of shipping charges is automatically made at checkout.

Please note that as a matter of corporate policy, we cooperate with authorities in the detection and prosecution of online fraud.
