DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

THANKS FOR CHOOSING MONSTER ROD HOLDERS.

IMPORTANT:

We appreciate your business and care about our customer service. However we would like to be up front and explain a possible shipping delay before you purchase.

We are a family run business that supports the growth in the sport of catfishing industry. We support, sponsor and compete in the various catfishing trails throughout the nation including the Cabela’s King Kat National Trail and many regional trails as well. 

So from time to time your order may be delayed a couple of days while we are out of town on tour. But your order is a top priority for us and will be shipped promptly upon our return.

We want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. Although the majority of our orders are processed without inconvenience, understanding our shipping policy will assure that your transaction will be successful.

Most Pay Pal, credit and debit card orders are shipped the next day following the order. However, we may be required to hold a shipment if we are not able to confirm the authenticity of the payment or we suspect fraud. If we need additional information to complete your order, we will contact you within 24 hours. Fraud cost on-line businesses millions of dollars each year and we have adopted these policies to minimize the potential for loss:

Pay Pal: We only ship to verified Pay Pal addresses. If your address is not verified or you are a new Pay Pal user, please let us know via email and we will contact you prior to shipment.

Credit Cards: In most cases, we will only ship to the address of record for the credit card holder. If your shipping address does not match the credit card address of record, we will contact you prior to shipment.

The above instances may result in delay in shipping your order. By providing us with complete information, including a daytime telephone number, you can help us minimize any delays.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. We ship via UPS and in most cases; a signature may be required for delivery.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Determination of shipping charges is automatically made at checkout.

Please note that as a matter of corporate policy, we cooperate with authorities in the detection and prosecution of on-line fraud.

    Is it your policy to allow pre-order on the new “Talon Series” rod holders using PayPal hopefully insuring I get them hot off the press so to say?

      we would rather not do pre orders as it would confuse this ole boy. sorry but when we do release the new Talons, there will be plenty to go around. thanks

    I placed a order on December 16 (order #5790)(invoice #1379) for two monster hoodies and was wondering if I would get them by Chrismas?These are gifts for my sons.Thanks,Ricky Taylor.
